Senior Tax Consultant

Lead tax advisory engagements including income tax planning, GST structuring, and international tax for a portfolio of 20+ SME and corporate clients. Manage and mentor a team of 3-5 junior tax consultants. Review income tax returns, GST returns, and tax audit reports prepared by the team. Represent clients before income tax authorities during scrutiny assessments and appellate proceedings. Develop and implement tax optimization strategies for new and existing clients. Conduct training sessions for junior staff on updates in tax laws and compliance requirements. Coordinate with the audit and compliance teams to ensure seamless service delivery.

Qualified CA with 5+ years of post-qualification experience in tax advisory. Strong knowledge of income tax, GST, and TDS provisions. Experience managing a team of 3+ people. Good communication skills and client-handling ability. Experience with international tax and transfer pricing is a plus.
