How do I apply for a role at FinTax24?

What is the typical hiring process?

A short intro call (15 min) → 1–2 task / case-study rounds (role dependent) → 1 panel interview with the team lead → offer within 5 working days. We respect your time and give feedback at every step.

Do you offer remote or hybrid roles?

Most engineering and content roles are remote-first across India. Tax and compliance roles are hybrid — Palitana office 2 days/week, remote the rest, with relocation support for the right candidates.
