Sonal Mithani and Renish Mithani noticed the challenges faced by rural small businesses during registration and licensing. In response, they initiated the development of financial and compliance services tailored for startups, small businesses, and enterprises. Their objective is to simplify the business initiation process for these entities.

We began our journey by supporting individuals and small businesses. With a modest team of two individuals, we operated under the name FinTax24 in Palitana, striving to provide tailored financial assistance to our clients.

We have successfully registered a Limited Liability Partnership (LLP), setting the stage for future growth and expansion. Our vision is to evolve and thrive as we embark on this exciting journey.
