FinTax24.in aims for customer satisfaction when utilizing its services, subject to separate Terms & Conditions and Privacy Policy. Clients have the right to file a “Satisfaction Guarantee Claim” by emailing satisfaction@fintax24.in with detailed complaints and service/order information. FinTax24.in will address legitimate delays or client complaints attributable to its operations within its operational scope. However, delays caused by government agencies, changes in laws, natural disasters, or client-related delays are not covered. FinTax24.in does not guarantee outcomes involving governmental or regulatory authorities, as they may object to or refuse applications beyond its control.

The User’s access to the Website is governed by this Policy and the Terms of Use, and their acceptance of both is implicit upon visiting or using the Website’s services. Both the Policy and Terms are co-terminus, meaning termination of one results in the other’s termination. The User agrees that the Policy and Terms form a legally binding agreement, without requiring a signature. The Company reserves the right to amend the Policy and Terms without prior notification, with any changes taking immediate effect. Users must review the Policy and Terms regularly, and continued use implies acceptance of modifications. Users are granted limited rights to access and use the Website as long as they comply with the Policy and Terms.

Change of Service

Should you desire to switch your services from the initial offering to another service provided by FinTax24.in, you have a window of 30 days from FinTax24.in’s receipt of payment to do so. This is permissible if the original order has not been completed or fulfilled by FinTax24.in at the time of your request. The fees paid for the original order, excluding any government fees, affiliate fees, or charges imposed by a third-party vendor, will be transferred to the new order. Any additional fees associated with the new order become your responsibility once FinTax24.in has approved your change request.

Refund Policy

We strive to ensure our clients’ satisfaction, but if you remain dissatisfied despite our best efforts, you may request a refund under the following conditions:

1. Refunds can only be requested if FinTax24.in has made a significant error or there is a deficiency in the service(s) provided.
2. FinTax24.in is not liable for refunds due to changes in the client’s decision, disposition, or circumstances.
3. Refund requests submitted after the completion of services or order fulfillment will not be eligible, and such requests will be considered invalid.
4. You will not be eligible for a refund if you submit the required documents or information late.
5. No refunds will be granted if 90 days have passed since payment for any services, even if the orders have not commenced.
6. FinTax24.in is not responsible for orders that have been abandoned, and the amount against such orders will be considered the cost incurred by the company for follow-up and consultation services provided over time.
7. If you opt to exchange your original service for a lesser-valued service, the price difference will not be refunded. Instead, it will be credited to your store account for future purchases. This store credit must be used within 365 days from the date of request, after which it will expire.
8. Once FinTax24.in approves a refund, it will be issued within 15 business days of the claim’s settlement.
9. The refund amount is limited to professional fees and excludes government fees, taxes, charges, challan payments, third-party payments, payment gateway fees, vendor payments, etc.
